Event Parking Information

The College Park Center (CPC) and Texas Hall will host numerous events throughout the academic year. Parking & Transportation will post here with expected parking impacts on the UTA parking community.  

Each event is different and changes regularly based on expected attendance, so please understand the information contained here may not be 100% inclusive of all parking and traffic control plans.


TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. VERIFY TIMES ON THE EVENT WEBSITE.

Women's Volleyball:

  • Complimentary parking is located in Park South.

Women's Basketball:

  • Complimentary parking is located in Park South.

 Men's Basketball:

  • Paid parking is located in Park South, Retail 39, and F13.  Parking lots may expand based on expected attendance.

 

For all Men's Basketball games, the F13 parking lot and lower level of Park South garage will have restricted access starting at least 3 hours before tipoff for event reserved parking. Faculty/Staff permit holders parking in F13 during a workday can remain in the parking lot until 5:30 p.m., however, access into the parking lot may be restricted starting at least 3 hours before tipoff.  Alternative employee parking can be found in the F10 parking lot.  The on-site signage may have more specific information for daily parkers.

Cashiers will be in the parking lots 2 hours before tipoff to take payments from visitors. Active parking permit holders can receive free parking for the event by notifying the cashier you have an active permit. License Plate Recognition (LPR) will be used to verify.  

Some streets and garage entrances around the College Park Center will have restricted access on event days.
